Allen House Event Rentals: ​

  • “80x40” frame tent – capacity up to 320 guests

  • Exclusive use of the Allen House foyer, event room, bar, billiards room, breakout room and courtyard

  • (3) bedroom suites each featuring a king size bed, and a sitting area

  • 20 60” round tables + 300 white garden chairs + (10) 8’ banquet tables

  • Customized floor plan designed by the onsite Director of Special Events

  • Use of two large parking lots within walking distance for guests

  • Access to gymnasium, weight room and football field (time scheduled by director of events)

  • Access to Free Wi-Fi

  • PA System

  • One hour walk through with events director
