Step 1:
Discovery
During this stage, we invite you to plan a visit to Mustard Seed Hill. We’ll walk through the entire property and answer any questions that you may have. Here you will choose the package and a la carte offerings that will best suit your event needs.
Step 3:
Refinement
Stage three is when you will finalize all of the details for the big day. From your seating chart to your guest count, all of the last-minute details are addressed during this stage. During this time we will create custom event layouts for you to review, approve, and share with your vendor team.
Step: 2
Development
During stage two, your focus will be on assembling the team of professionals that are going to bring your event vision to life. We are here to help recommend vendors that we know and trust.
Step 4:
Execution
The final stage is the execution phase of the process. From rehearsal to post-event breakdown, all of that happens in stage four. Our staff is here to make sure everything runs smoothly for you.

Exclusive Venue Access: With over fourteen acres, you and your guests can enjoy the privacy of this beautiful estate including the Allen House event rooms, billiards room, groom's quarters, bridal suite, southern style back porch, and onsite parking. You will have access to the venue from 12pm-6pm the day before your wedding and from 9am-12am the day of your wedding.
Private Suites: The Allen House includes two private suites for your bridal party to enjoy while they get ready. The first-floor groom's quarters includes two large rooms with leather wingback chairs, a flatscreen TV, floor-length mirrors, and a billiards room complete with hightop tables and an antique pool table. The second-floor bridal suite includes a kitchenette perfect for a luncheon and hair and makeup. The bridal party will also enjoy a luxury vanity and floor-length mirrors to make sure they are ready head-to-toe.
Formal Grounds: Our curated formal grounds include the Terrace, South Lawn, and East Lawn. You and your guests have access to all three spaces during your time with Mustard Seed Hill. All formal lawns include perfectly manicured grass, landscape and hand-tooled blue stone.
On-Site Venue Representative: You’ll be assigned a venue representative who will serve as your contact throughout the planning process and assist you with any venue-related questions or needs you may have. The onsite representative can provide you access to free wifi and replenish any items at the venue.
Customizable Ceremony & Reception Options: Choose from stunning indoor and outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception options. These are all included in your package. We will create custom layouts for you to review and approve. Let our team take care of the setup!
Beautiful Tent: We are pleased to offer our custom 40' x 80' white framed tent fit for the perfect evening event. The tent is located over our East Lawn, directly behind the Allen House.
Choice Tables: We offer banquet tables, round tables, and bistro tables that add dimension and ease to your event.
Elegant Chairs: Our elegant premium white garden chairs and mahogany Chivari chairs are available for use during your ceremony or reception, as needed.

Dance Floor: Our classic black and white 20x20 dance floor is the perfect place to dance the night away.
Historic Bar: Enjoy our historic bar also included in every package. With sophisticated details and one-of-a-kind finishes, it will enhance the elegance of your event without competing with your unique event design.
Custom Lighting: Lighting can change the entire feel of a space which is why we include it in all of our packages. We can change the lighting from dinner to dancing to help get your guests in the mood to party with our market lights and chandeliers.
Premium Sound System: Your DJ or band may command the dance floor, but guests can also enjoy soft music playing across the campus for the ultimate experience. Our premium sound system, complete with outdoor speakers, is available during your special day to welcome guests as they arrive.
Honeymoon Suite: A complimentary overnight stay is available for the bride and groom the night of the wedding in our beautiful honeymoon suite.
